  • Nothing uploaded
  • No file limit

Combine several PDFs and photos into a single PDF in seconds, free and without an account. You see every page of every file as a thumbnail and reorder them by dragging, with your finger on a phone too; you can rotate or delete the ones you do not need. Pages are copied as they are, without recompression, so the merged PDF looks exactly like the originals. And since everything happens inside your browser, your files are never uploaded to a server: safe for contracts, receipts, scanned IDs or any private document.

How to merge PDFs in 3 steps

  1. Add your PDFs and photos

Drag the files in, pick them or paste them (Ctrl+V). You can mix PDFs with JPG, PNG or WebP photos and add more later.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag the thumbnails into the order you want, rotate sideways pages and delete the extra ones. Or move whole files in the Files view.

  3. Merge and download

Tap Merge and download the PDF with any name you like. It is built on your device in seconds.

Why this and not iLovePDF, Smallpdf or Adobe

iLovePDF, Smallpdf and Adobe Acrobat online upload your files to their servers to merge them (they say so on their own pages). Here the PDF is built on your device.

  • Your files never leave your device. iLovePDF says it keeps files for up to 2 hours and Smallpdf for 1 hour.
  • No file cap: the free version of iLovePDF merges up to 25 files and 100 MB per task, and Adobe up to 100 files.
  • No daily limit: the Smallpdf free plan has a daily download limit.
  • You see and reorder every single page, not just files, and you can mix PDFs with photos.

Frequently asked questions

How do I combine multiple PDFs into one?

Add all the PDFs at once (drag them in or pick them), arrange the pages by dragging the thumbnails and tap Merge: you download a single PDF. It is free, with no signup and no watermark, and the files are not uploaded to any server.

How do I merge PDFs on my phone without installing an app?

Open this page in your phone browser (Chrome or Safari), tap Choose files, select your PDFs and tap Merge. To change the order, drag each page by the icon in its corner or use the arrows. The PDF downloads to your phone.

Can I merge photos and PDFs into one file?

Yes. Add PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG or WebP) together and they all appear in the same grid: each photo takes one page and you can place it anywhere, for example between two pages of a PDF.

How do I convert photos to PDF?

Add the photos, arrange them and tap Merge: each photo ends up on its own page. Choose A4 with margin if you will print it, or image size if it is for the screen. Phone photos come out upright even if the camera saved them sideways.

How do I change the order of the pages?

Drag the page thumbnail to where you want it; on a phone, drag it by the icon in its top-left corner. You can also use the arrows under each page or, in the Files view, move a whole file. If you make a mistake, tap Undo.

Is it safe to merge PDFs online?

Here it is, because your files never leave your device: the page merges the PDFs inside your browser and does not send them to any server. On other sites, check whether they upload your files and how long they keep them before using them with private documents.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. PDF pages are copied as they are, without recompression: text stays text and images keep their resolution. JPG and PNG photos are embedded with their original bytes; only WebP and other formats are converted.

Is there a limit on files or size?

There is no limit on files or pages: the only cap is your device memory. On a laptop we merged 20 PDFs (220 pages) in half a second and 1,200 pages (240 MB) in under 3 seconds. The browser needs about 3 times the size of the files in memory, so on a phone, if you go over about 100 MB, merge in two parts.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. PDFs and photos are read and merged inside your browser; no file is sent over the internet. You can check it: after adding the first file, turn on airplane mode and merge; it works the same.

Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

If the PDF needs a password to open, no: first open it with its password and save it without one (for example with Print and Save as PDF), then add it. If it only has editing restrictions, it does merge, but its pages are copied as images and the text can no longer be selected.
