Is my photo or video uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside your browser with WebGPU/WebAssembly. The only download is the AI model (~28 MB) the first time, which is then cached in your browser.
Does it work with TikTok videos?
Yes. When you upload a video, a "TikTok preset" button marks the two corners where TikTok places the logo and username. You can adjust the areas with the brush if your video differs.
How long can the video be?
Up to 3 minutes, 1920×1080 and 300 MB. Processing time depends on your device: with a modern GPU it runs near real time; on a phone it can take several times the video length.
How good does the result look?
On small or medium marks (logos, text, dates) the fill is practically invisible. On huge marks covering faces or complex textures the AI has to invent more and it can show. The tighter you paint the area, the better.
Which formats are supported?
PNG, JPG and WebP images up to 25 MB. MP4, MOV and WebM videos up to 3 minutes. The result downloads as PNG/JPG/WebP (same as the original) or MP4.
Can I remove the watermark from content that isn't mine?
The tool is meant for your own files or content you have permission to use. Removing the watermark from someone else's image or video may infringe copyright; using it responsibly is up to you.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only the first time, to download the AI model. After that it works offline.
How do I remove the Gemini (Nano Banana) watermark?
Upload the image, click "Gemini preset" and generate. The preset marks the sparkle Gemini places at the bottom right and the AI fills in the background. Everything runs in your browser: the image is never uploaded.
Does it also remove the invisible Gemini watermark (SynthID)?
No. SynthID is an invisible mark embedded in the pixels and cannot be removed with this or any other erasing tool. This tool only removes the visible sparkle; detectors will still recognize the image as AI-generated.
Does it work with the Sora, Meta AI or ChatGPT watermark?
Yes. Paint the watermark area with the brush and generate. There is no preset because each generator places it in a different spot, but the result is the same.
Can I also remove the background from the photo?
Yes, with the Remove image background tool on this same site (soyjb.com/en/tools/remove-background): you upload the photo, AI removes the background on its own and you download the transparent PNG at the original resolution. If the photo has a watermark, remove it here first and then remove the background there.
